What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating commercial dishwashing machines and washing dishes, glassware, flatware and cooking equipment
• Keeping kitchen areas, floors, work stations and storage spaces clean, organized and sanitary
• Supporting chefs and cooks by delivering clean pots, pans and utensils exactly when they’re needed
• Sorting, breaking down and removing trash, recycling and cardboard
• Receiving deliveries and helping stock dry goods, refrigerators and freezers
• Following all food safety, sanitation and health-code standards
• Being a team player during busy banquets, weddings, restaurant services and resort events

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• No previous experience required – full training provided
