That is everyday life at Piezanos Pizza South, a busy, much-loved pizza spot on the South Boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland – and we are looking for energetic international students to join our kitchen team this summer.

- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime often available in peak season)
- Season: Summer to Fall
- Tips: Not applicable for this position
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of a fast-moving pizza kitchen. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, pizza pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand and using a commercial dishwashing machine
- Keeping the dish pit, sinks, and work stations clean, organised and stocked
- Restocking clean plates, trays and utensils for the front-of-house and kitchen team
- Taking out trash, breaking down boxes and helping with recycling
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and assisting with opening/closing cleaning duties
- Supporting cooks with basic food prep tasks when needed
- Following all health, hygiene and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Basic conversational English
- Strong work ethic and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20 kg
- Reliable, punctual and a real team player
- Positive attitude – no previous experience required, full training provided
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
