San Diego Trading Company at Belmont Park #6 is looking for energetic, friendly university students to join their retail team for the Summer to Fall season in San Diego, California.

Belmont Park is one of San Diego's most famous attractions — a historic beachfront amusement park in Mission Beach that welcomes thousands of visitors every single day. As a Sales Associate here, you won't just be working: you'll be part of the vibrant energy of one of America's best beach destinations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with a smile and helping them find the perfect souvenir, beachwear or gift
• Operating the cash register and handling card and cash transactions accurately
• Restocking shelves, organizing merchandise and keeping displays looking fresh and attractive
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe store environment
• Answering questions about products, prices and the park itself
• Working as part of an international, fast-paced and fun retail team

Pay & Schedule

You'll earn $17.25 per hour for an average of 32 hours per week. This position does not include tips, but the solid hourly rate and the possibility of extra hours during peak season make it a great earner. The season runs from summer through fall, giving you plenty of time to save money and explore.

What We're Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 program
• Conversational to good English communication skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine customer-service attitude
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle a busy, high-traffic environment
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but full training is provided
