That is everyday life at Piezanos Pizza South, a busy, much-loved pizza spot on the South Boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland – and we are looking for energetic international students to join our kitchen team this summer.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of a fast-moving pizza kitchen. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes, pizza pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand and using a commercial dishwashing machine
• Keeping the dish pit, sinks, and work stations clean, organised and stocked
• Restocking clean plates, trays and utensils for the front-of-house and kitchen team
• Taking out trash, breaking down boxes and helping with recycling
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and assisting with opening/closing cleaning duties
• Supporting cooks with basic food prep tasks when needed
• Following all health, hygiene and food safety standards
