As part of the Housekeeping team, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience at a beautiful lodge that welcomes travellers from all over the world. This is more than a summer job — it’s a genuine American adventure with a paycheck, new friends from every continent, and stories you’ll still be telling in ten years.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to Pursuit’s high standards
- Changing bed linens, making beds and restocking towels and amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitising surfaces
- Restocking your housekeeping cart and managing laundry and supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to your supervisor
- Greeting guests warmly and answering simple questions with a smile

The Details
- Position: Housekeeper
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Hours: approximately 35 hours per week
- Season: Summer to Fall
- Tips: Not applicable for this role

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a J-1 Work & Travel USA visa
- Conversational English — enough to understand instructions and greet guests
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Physical stamina: you’ll be standing, bending, lifting and moving throughout your shift
- Reliable, punctual and happy to work weekends and holidays
- A positive, team-first attitude and no previous experience required — full training provided
