Job duties
- Ensures that cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors and surfaces is completed thoroughly and on time
- Ensures staff spaces are clean and sanitized
- Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
- Assists as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Is a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to Pursuit’s high standards
- Changing bed linens, making beds and restocking towels and amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitising surfaces
- Restocking your housekeeping cart and managing laundry and supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to your supervisor
- Greeting guests warmly and answering simple questions with a smile

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a J-1 Work & Travel USA visa
- Conversational English — enough to understand instructions and greet guests
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Physical stamina: you’ll be standing, bending, lifting and moving throughout your shift
- Reliable, punctual and happy to work weekends and holidays
- A positive, team-first attitude and no previous experience required — full training provided
