Imagine finishing your shift and watching the sun set over black lava fields and crimson sandstone cliffs. That’s everyday life at Black Desert Resort, one of southern Utah’s most spectacular luxury destinations. We’re looking for energetic university students to join our food & beverage team as Bussers for the Summer to Fall season through the Work & Travel USA program.
What You’ll Do
As a Busser, you’re the heartbeat of our dining rooms – the person who keeps everything running smoothly so guests can relax and enjoy.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
- Set tables with silverware, glassware, linens, and condiments
- Refill water glasses, deliver bread, and assist servers during busy service
- Support the team by restocking service stations and running food when needed
- Help maintain a spotless, welcoming dining environment
- Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational English – enough to communicate with guests and teammates
- Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine team spirit
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays throughout your shift
- Availability from Summer through Fall, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and reliability
