About the Position
As a Food Runner, you’ll be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, making sure every dish arrives beautifully presented and perfectly timed. It’s a fast-paced, energetic role at the heart of a world-class hospitality team – ideal if you like staying active, working with people, and being part of something exciting.
Your Daily Duties
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately
- Checking that each plate meets presentation standards before it leaves the kitchen
- Assisting servers with drink refills, clearing plates, and resetting tables
- Restocking service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware
- Answering basic guest questions and communicating special requests to the kitchen
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dining and service area
- Supporting your teammates during busy service periods – teamwork is everything here

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English communication skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine willingness to help others
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for the duration of a shift
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- No previous experience required – full training is provided!
