HS Services is hiring energetic international students for the position of Steward at this brand-new luxury resort in Ivins, Utah. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Steward, you are the backbone of the resort’s culinary operation. Chefs simply cannot create without you. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Washing, sanitizing and organizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans
- Operating commercial dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Keeping kitchen floors, work surfaces, storage areas and equipment spotless
- Taking out trash, breaking down boxes and supporting recycling procedures
- Restocking clean china and utensils for the kitchen and restaurant outlets
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep and delivery of supplies
- Following all health, hygiene and food-safety standards

Who We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel program
- Conversational English – enough to understand instructions and communicate with your team
- Good physical stamina: you’ll be standing, lifting and moving throughout your shift
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Team spirit – kitchens win or lose together
- No previous experience required; full on-the-job training is provided
