HS Services at Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah is looking for energetic international students to join its Pool Attendant team for the Work & Travel USA program. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pool Attendant, you are the friendly face that makes every guest’s poolside day perfect. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests to the pool area with a warm smile
- Setting up, arranging and organizing lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas
- Distributing fresh towels and collecting used ones throughout the day
- Keeping the pool deck clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Assisting guests with requests, directions and general resort information
- Supporting the pool and hospitality team with opening and closing duties
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors

- Hours: approximately 32 hours per week
- Season: Summer through Fall

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English and a confident, guest-friendly attitude
- Positive energy, reliability and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in a warm, sunny desert climate
- Ability to stand, walk and lift light items (chairs, towels, umbrellas) during shifts
- Team player who is flexible with weekend and holiday schedules
