What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests at check-in and check-out with a friendly, professional smile
- Answering phone calls, emails and booking enquiries
- Managing reservations in the property management system
- Handling payments, deposits and daily cash reports
- Giving guests insider tips on beaches, restaurants, amusement parks and local events
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms guest-ready
- Solving small problems quickly so every guest leaves happy

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Good conversational English — you’ll be the first person guests meet
- A positive, service-minded attitude and a genuine smile
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays (that’s when the beach is busiest!)
- Basic computer skills; previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required
