Imagine finishing your shift, grabbing your flip-flops and walking straight onto seven miles of golden sand. That’s everyday life when you join the team at King Real Estate Grand Beach Inn in Old Orchard Beach, Maine — one of New England’s most beloved summer destinations and a classic Work & Travel USA hotspot.

We’re looking for energetic university students to join us as House Persons for the summer-to-fall season. If you like staying active, working with an international team and being part of a friendly beachfront hotel, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the housekeeping team by delivering fresh linens, towels and supplies to guest rooms and floors
• Keeping public areas — lobby, hallways, stairwells, elevators and pool area — clean, tidy and welcoming
• Collecting and transporting laundry, operating washers and dryers, folding and stocking linens
• Removing trash and recycling from guest floors and common spaces
• Assisting with light setup tasks, moving furniture, cribs and rollaway beds
• Responding to guest requests quickly and with a smile
• Helping wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands

In September, the crowds thin out, the air turns crisp and Maine’s famous autumn colours begin — the perfect ending to your American adventure.

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in the Work & Travel USA program
• Conversational English and a friendly, guest-focused attitude

• Reliability, punctuality and a strong team spirit
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
• No previous experience required — full training is provided
