The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah is looking for an energetic F&B Coordinator to join its world-class Food & Beverage team for the summer to fall season. What You’ll Be Doing
As an F&B Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat of the resort’s dining operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting restaurant, bar, and in-room dining teams with daily coordination and communication
- Greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries with a warm, professional attitude
- Assisting with menu preparation, table settings, and dining room readiness
- Helping coordinate special events, private dinners, and banquet functions
- Keeping service areas organized, stocked, and up to St. Regis luxury standards
- Working closely with chefs, servers, and management to ensure every guest experience is flawless

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 enrolled in a Work & Travel USA program
- Good to strong English — you’ll be speaking with guests daily
- Friendly, polished, and professional appearance and attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable team player with a positive, can-do mindset
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
