Job duties
- Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
- Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.
- Clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean guest rooms for sale.
- Clean occupied guest rooms and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
- Clean toilets, showers, sinks, etc.
- Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobby areas, and restrooms.
- Vacuum floors, empty trash bins, and keep all public areas of the hotel clear and free from trash.
- Support the Room Attendants by organizing and stocking cleaning cart and organizing linen closets on floors assigned.
- Help with guest requests.
- Complete responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing guest rooms and luxury suites to St. Regis’ famous five-star standards
- Changing linens, making beds, and refreshing towels and amenities
- Dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and living areas
- Restocking supplies and keeping housekeeping carts organized
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items
- Working closely with a friendly, international team of housekeepers and supervisors

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 on a J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Basic to conversational English
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented – you take pride in doing things properly
- Physically comfortable with an active role (standing, walking, lifting linens)
- Positive attitude and a genuine team spirit
- Previous experience is a plus but not required – full training provided
