As a Butler, you won’t just be an employee. You’ll be the personal signature of the guest experience, the person who anticipates needs before they’re spoken, and the reason guests come back year after year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with warm, personalized greetings and escorting them to their suites
• Delivering the signature St. Regis experience: unpacking and packing services, garment pressing coordination, and beverage service
• Handling guest requests — from restaurant reservations and ski/hiking arrangements to special occasion surprises
• Coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams to make every detail seamless
• Maintaining impeccable presentation standards in guest areas and butler pantries
• Anticipating guest preferences and recording them so every return visit feels effortless

Who We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in a Work & Travel USA program
• Strong, confident spoken English — you’ll be speaking with guests all day
• Polished, professional appearance and excellent personal presentation
• Genuinely warm personality, discretion and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and gracious under pressure
• Availability from summer through fall, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hospitality, service or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
