What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth, energy and a genuine smile
• Managing reservations, seating charts and waitlists during service
• Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus
• Answering questions about the restaurant, menu highlights and resort activities
• Keeping the host stand and entrance areas spotless and inviting
• Coordinating with servers, bartenders and managers to keep service flowing smoothly
• Assisting with phone inquiries and helping create memorable guest moments

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 program
• Good conversational English and confident communication skills
• Outgoing, polite and genuinely friendly personality
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay calm during busy service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Availability from summer through fall
