Medora is a legendary Old West town of just a few hundred residents that welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each season. The Foundation is the heartbeat of this community, operating hotels, attractions, dining venues and the world-famous Medora Musical. You’ll be right at the centre of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with a warm smile, checking them in and out efficiently
• Answering phone calls, emails and in-person questions about reservations, rooms and rates
• Recommending local attractions, hiking trails, restaurants and events – you’ll become a true Medora expert
• Processing payments and handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure every guest has a perfect stay
• Solving guest requests and small issues with patience, creativity and a positive attitude
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area tidy, organised and inviting

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 programme
• Conversational to good English communication skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine desire to help people
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional appearance
• Basic computer skills and comfort with learning a reservation system
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• No prior hotel experience required – full training is provided
