As a Traffic Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive. You’re the person who sets the tone for their entire day, and you’ll gain real-world experience in operations, teamwork, and customer service that looks fantastic on any CV.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directing vehicles safely and efficiently through parking lots and entry areas
• Greeting arriving guests with a friendly smile and helpful directions
• Assisting with parking flow, lane management, and traffic signage
• Supporting guests with questions about the park, transportation, and facilities
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe parking and entry environment
• Working closely with your team and supervisors to keep everything moving

Program Details & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour
• Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during busy periods
• Season: Summer through Fall — enjoy the summer rush and the famous HalloWeekends atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
• Conversational English — you’ll be interacting with guests every day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help people
