Why Seward, Alaska?
Seward is a small harbor town of big adventures, sitting at the edge of Resurrection Bay. In your free time you can hike to Exit Glacier, kayak among sea otters, watch humpback whales breach on a fjord cruise, or ride the famous Alaska Railroad to Anchorage. Summer days here stretch close to 19 hours of daylight – which means your off-shift hours are packed with possibilities. Bald eagles overhead, salmon runs in the creeks, and endless mountain trails: this is Alaska the way you’ve seen it in documentaries.
