Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge is a riverside hotel just under 10 miles from Fairbanks, Alaska, operated by Holland America Princess Alaska. Housing
The employer arranges off-site apartments – Sophies Plaza Apartments or Jillian Square Apartments in Fairbanks – with 3-5 people per apartment. Each has a full kitchen with basic dishware, cooking utensils and pots/pans, plus linens and furnishings, and laundry facilities on site. They are about 1.5-2 miles from the Lodge, and a lease agreement is signed.
