The job as Resort Worker
What you'll do
- Maintain clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and resort facilities
- Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
- Manage hotel laundry processes, including washing, drying, folding, and inventorying linens, ensuring cleanliness standards and timely availability
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer guest inquiries
- Process reservations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Housing
Housing is employer-provided and required: cabins directly across the street from the worksite, with a lease agreement. Each unit has a kitchen, and you get high-speed WiFi, access to a 24/7 landline (cell service is not reliable) and guest laundry available around the clock.
