Why Denali National Park?

Denali is home to North America’s tallest mountain (20,310 ft) and over 6 million acres of untamed wilderness. During your days off you can hike alpine tundra trails, go whitewater rafting on the Nenana River, take a flightseeing tour over the glaciers, spot grizzly bears, caribou and Dall sheep, and experience the famous Alaskan midnight sun – up to 20 hours of daylight in summer. By late season, you may even catch your first glimpse of the Northern Lights.

Denali Park Village sits on the banks of the Nenana River, just minutes from the park entrance. You’ll be working alongside an international crew of students from around the world – friendships here tend to last long after the season ends.
