The job as Sales Associate
What you'll do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience
- Develop a deep understanding of the store's products, including their origins, materials, and design, to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Actively engage in sales by guiding customers through their purchase decisions and suggesting complementary items to increase the average transaction value
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and visually appealing store layout, ensuring that products are neatly displayed
- Accurately handle sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, while maintaining the cash register
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor and monitor inventory levels to help maintain product availability
- Keep the store clean and organized to create an inviting shopping environment
- Listen to customer feedback and communicate it to the management to continuously improve the shopping experience
