The job as Anchor Crew
What you'll do
- Anchor houseboats, which involves some heavy lifting in the heat
- Set, fill, drain, and retrieve anchors with your team members
- Work outside under the sun for the entire shift
- Set or strike anchoring sites, taking about 30-60 minutes each
- Repeat the anchoring process 6-10 times per workday
- Cruise off in a workboat to the next anchoring site
- Operate and drive boats
