Positions are in Recreation and Server, so you'll work with guests daily and see how a large resort operates from the inside. Cross-training across departments may be possible, along with team engagement activities and community events. Job duties
- Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs including getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc.
- Clean the pool area including furniture, tables, decks, pool tiles, shower tiles, beach access walkway/elevator and cabanas.
- Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
- Maintain equipment including umbrellas, speakers, rafts, pool toys, etc.
- Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel and local area amenities.
- Perform general Recreation duties, as needed.

Requirements
- Full-time university student aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel program
- Conversational to good English communication skills
- Outgoing, positive personality and genuine customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors in warm Texas weather
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15–20 kg (chairs, umbrellas, equipment)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and U.S. holidays
- Professional appearance and reliable, punctual work ethic
