Housing owned or arranged by the employer is guaranteed for everyone hired, though you may also find your own, and a second job is likely to be available.

General information
Job duties
- Greet all pool guests warmly and assist with towel service, seating, and shade requests
- Ensure pool deck, cabanas, and lounge areas are consistently clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Set up and maintain poolside amenities such as towels, water stations, umbrellas, cushions, and signage
- Monitor guest activity around the pool to anticipate needs, offer assistance, and ensure safety standards are upheld
- Provide accurate information about resort amenities, food & beverage service, and recreation options
- Assist with clearing towels, debris, and used items promptly to maintain a tidy, polished appearance
- Report any maintenance, safety, or guest-related concerns to the Recreation Manager or Engineering team
- Support enforcement of pool safety rules and resort guidelines, reporting unsafe behavior as needed
- Assist with special poolside events, private cabana service, or VIP arrangements as directed
- Communicate clearly with the pool bar and food & beverage teams to support seamless guest service

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pool Attendant, you are the friendly face that makes every guest’s poolside day perfect. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests to the pool area with a warm smile
- Setting up, arranging and organizing lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas
- Distributing fresh towels and collecting used ones throughout the day
- Keeping the pool deck clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Assisting guests with requests, directions and general resort information
- Supporting the pool and hospitality team with opening and closing duties
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English and a confident, guest-friendly attitude
- Positive energy, reliability and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in a warm, sunny desert climate
- Ability to stand, walk and lift light items (chairs, towels, umbrellas) during shifts
- Team player who is flexible with weekend and holiday schedules
