Job duties
- Clean daily bath house and room assignments including changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals on appropriate items and only as trained, using appropriate safety measures such as gloves.
- Be aware of blood borne pathogen procedures and contact supervisor when needed.
- Bring all lost and found items to a housekeeping supervisor.
- Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests' needs, and greet guests at every opportunity with a friendly welcome.
- Submit a list of supplies that need to be replenished on an as-needed basis to your immediate supervisor.
- Report all broken or damaged items within all KOA buildings, facilities and premises via a maintenance slip.
- Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the campground manager or supervisor and follow up to resolve the issue if possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing cabins, deluxe lodges and camping accommodations for arriving guests
- Changing bed linens, making beds and refreshing towels and amenities
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising bathrooms and kitchenettes
- Maintaining spotless public areas such as restrooms, bathhouses, laundry rooms and recreation spaces
- Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues to the team
- Greeting guests with a friendly smile and helping create a five-star camping experience
