What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the go-to person for every guest who walks through our doors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests warmly, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries with a positive attitude
• Managing reservations, room assignments, and payments in our hotel system
• Sharing insider tips about the best local beaches, restaurants, and attractions
• Resolving guest questions and requests quickly and professionally
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming

At $17.50 per hour with a guaranteed 40-hour schedule, this is one of the stronger-paying front desk placements in the Work & Travel USA program. Who We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in the Work & Travel USA program
• Good conversational English — you’ll be talking with guests all day
• A friendly, outgoing personality and genuine desire to help people
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance
• Comfort with basic computer systems (training provided)
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability from summer into the fall season
