The job as Public Attendant
What you'll do
- Clean and maintain public spaces including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and common areas
- Clean and sanitize public restrooms, restocking supplies as needed (soap, paper products, etc.)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and entryways throughout the property
- Empty trash receptacles in public areas and replace liners
- Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors in common areas
- Monitor and maintain pool decks, fitness center, and other guest-facing amenity spaces as assigned
- Report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly
- Restock and maintain cleaning supply carts/closets for public area work
- Assist with seasonal or deep-cleaning projects in common areas as needed

Housing
