Imagine starting your shift with the scent of cedar and rain in the air, a glassy lake stretching out in front of you, and a 1926 heritage lodge behind you. That’s daily life at Aramark Destinations Olympic Peninsula – Lake Quinault Lodge in Quinault, Washington. As a Guest Services Worker, you’ll be the first friendly face travellers meet when they arrive at one of America’s most breathtaking temperate rainforests.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working at the front desk, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in arriving guests with warmth and professionalism
- Processing check-outs, payments and reservations using the lodge’s booking system
- Answering phone calls, emails and questions about the lodge and the surrounding area
- Recommending hiking trails, kayak rentals, waterfalls and rainforest tours to curious travellers
- Handling guest requests, room changes and problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Keeping the front desk and lobby area tidy, organised and welcoming
- Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and food service teams

- Pay: $16.66 per hour
- Hours: 32 hours per week (additional hours may be available)
- Season: Summer through Fall
