Your Position: Front Desk – Marina and Reservations

As part of the Front Desk and Marina Reservations team, you’ll be the friendly face and voice that guests remember. This is a fantastic role for students who enjoy talking to people, solving small puzzles, and being at the center of the action.

• Greet guests at the front desk and marina, providing a warm welcome and local recommendations
• Take and manage reservations for boat rentals, cruises, kayaks, jet skis and lake tours
• Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to guest questions about activities and schedules
• Process payments accurately and handle a point-of-sale system
• Coordinate with marina crews and tour guides so guests get on the water on time
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized and welcoming

Who We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
• Good conversational English – you’ll speak with guests all day
• Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
• Comfortable with computers, phones and basic math for payments
• Reliable, punctual and able to stay calm when the lobby is full
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we train you

Please note: tips are not part of this position, but the hourly rate is above average and hours are consistent throughout the season.
