As a Culinary Crew Member with Aramark Sports and Entertainment at PNC Park, you’ll be at the heart of one of the most beautiful ballparks in America — home of the Pittsburgh Pirates and one of the best skyline views in Major League Baseball.
This is a Work & Travel USA position built for university students who want real kitchen experience, solid earnings, and a summer story worth telling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking classic American ballpark food — burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, pizza, chicken tenders and specialty stadium items
- Working on the grill, fryer, and prep stations under the guidance of experienced chefs and supervisors
- Portioning, assembling, and plating food quickly during high-volume game-day rushes
- Following strict U.S. food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Stocking stations, rotating product, and keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Supporting your teammates across concession stands, clubs, and premium areas

- Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week
- Season: Summer through Fall

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
- Conversational English and confidence communicating with a team
- Energy and stamina to stand, lift, and move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays — that’s when the games happen!
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters most
- Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine team-player mindset
