Beach Rider Amusements at the iconic Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach is looking for energetic university students to join its team as Attraction Attendants for the Summer to Fall season. If you love people, sunshine and a fast-paced, fun environment, this is the Work & Travel USA job you’ve been dreaming about.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests with a smile, selling tickets and scanning wristbands
  • Safely loading and unloading riders, fastening seat belts and safety restraints
  • Operating ride controls and monitoring attractions to keep everyone safe
  • Explaining ride rules, height requirements and safety instructions to families
  • Keeping your attraction area clean, tidy and photo-ready
  • Helping with daily opening and closing checks and light maintenance support
  • Answering guest questions about the park and Barefoot Landing

What We’re Looking For

  • University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
  • Conversational to good English — you’ll speak with guests all day
  • Outgoing, positive attitude and genuine love for working with people and kids
  • Ability to stand, walk and work outdoors in warm, sunny weather
  • Reliability, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility for guest safety
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays — that’s when the fun happens!
  • Availability from summer through fall (longer stays especially welcome)
