Imagine finishing your shift and walking straight onto a three-mile boardwalk with the sound of the Atlantic in the background. That’s everyday life in Ocean City, Maryland – one of the most popular Work & Travel USA destinations on the East Coast. Harrison Group’s 32 Palm Restaurant is looking for an energetic PM Barista to join its hospitality team for the summer-to-fall season.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies and specialty beverages during evening service
• Greeting guests with a friendly smile and taking beverage and dessert orders
• Operating the POS system, handling payments and giving accurate change
• Keeping the coffee bar, equipment and service area clean, stocked and inviting
• Restocking cups, syrups, milk, pastries and supplies for the next shift
• Supporting servers and the bar team during busy dinner hours
• Following all health, safety and food-handling standards

• Hours: approximately 32 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 on the Work & Travel USA program
• Conversational English and confidence speaking with guests
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine smile
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the busy season
• Comfortable standing for long shifts in a fast-paced restaurant
• Barista or customer-service experience is a plus – but full training is provided
