About the Position
As a Facilities Associate, you are the person who keeps the resort looking picture-perfect for guests arriving from all over the United States and beyond. It’s an active, hands-on role that gets you moving, teaches you real-world hospitality standards, and puts you at the heart of a friendly international team.
Your Day-to-Day Duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, pool areas and outdoor spaces
- Preparing rooms for arriving guests: making beds, refreshing linens and restocking amenities
- Assisting with laundry operations – washing, drying, folding and organizing linens and towels
- Supporting light maintenance tasks and reporting any repair needs to supervisors
- Keeping storage areas, supply carts and equipment organized and ready to use
- Delivering friendly, welcoming service whenever you interact with guests

What You’ll Earn
- $15.25 per hour – a strong starting rate for the region
- 36 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during peak season

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Conversational English – enough to communicate comfortably with guests and teammates
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work as part of a team
- Physically comfortable with an active role that involves standing, walking, bending and lifting
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays – the busiest and most fun times at the beach!
