What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers with a smile and helping them find the perfect apparel, souvenirs and accessories
• Providing friendly product advice on sizes, styles and fits
• Operating the cash register and processing card and cash payments
• Restocking shelves, folding and organizing merchandise, and keeping displays attractive
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming store environment
• Assisting with receiving deliveries and preparing new stock for the sales floor
• Working as part of an international team of students and local staff

What We’re Looking For

• University student, aged 18–25, eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel USA program
• Conversational to good English skills
• Positive, outgoing personality and a genuine smile
• Reliable, punctual and ready to work in a fast-paced tourist environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes of merchandise
• Team player attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability for the full Summer to Fall period, including weekends and holidays
