Mudman Burgers Whitefish is looking for energetic Work & Travel USA students to join its crew for the Summer to Fall season. If you love good food, fast-paced teamwork and meeting people from all over the world, this is your job.
About the Job
As a Crew Member, you’ll be the heart of a busy, beloved local burger joint that keeps hungry travellers, locals and outdoor adventurers coming back for more. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Greeting guests with a smile and taking orders at the counter or register
- Preparing burgers, fries, shakes and other menu favourites in the kitchen
- Keeping the food-prep areas, dining space and equipment clean and stocked
- Working as part of a fun, fast-moving team during peak resort-season rushes
- Delivering the friendly, small-town hospitality Whitefish is famous for
Pay & Hours
- Hourly rate: $12 per hour
- Tips: Yes – tips are shared, boosting your weekly earnings
- Hours: 40 hours per week (extra hours often available in peak season)
- Season: Summer to Fall

Requirements
- University student aged 18–25, eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 programme
- Conversational English and a positive, guest-friendly attitude
- Willingness to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen and counter environment
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong team spirit
- Availability for the full Summer-to-Fall season
- No previous experience required – full training provided
