Spend Your Summer in the White Mountains of New Hampshire

Imagine waking up every morning with the peaks of the White Mountains outside your window, spending your shifts in a friendly resort atmosphere, and your days off hiking, swimming in mountain rivers, and exploring one of New England’s most beautiful regions. Newport Hotel Group at the North Conway Grand Hotel is looking for energetic international students to join their team as Resort Workers for the Summer to Fall season.

At $20 per hour with a guaranteed 35 hours per week, this is one of the strongest earning opportunities in the Work & Travel USA program – and one of the most scenic places to spend your American summer.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Resort Worker, you’ll be an essential part of the guest experience at a busy four-season resort. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting the front-of-house team with guest requests, check-ins and general information
  • Supporting food and beverage operations – setting tables, bussing, serving and light food prep
  • Helping with banquets, weddings and conference events hosted at the hotel
  • Maintaining pool, fitness and recreation areas so guests can enjoy them safely
  • Working as part of a multicultural team and communicating in English with guests and colleagues

No previous hotel experience is required – full training is provided. What matters most is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
