As a Server Assistant (Busser), you’ll be part of a world-class hospitality team in Park City, Utah – a destination famous for the Sundance Film Festival, championship ski slopes, and endless summer adventure.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Server Assistant, you are the backbone of a smooth, elegant dining experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Setting and resetting tables with precision, ensuring every detail meets luxury standards
• Clearing plates, glassware, and silverware promptly and discreetly between courses
• Refilling water, delivering bread service, and supporting servers during busy meal periods
• Assisting with food running from the kitchen to guest tables
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
• Communicating with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing seamlessly
• Greeting guests warmly and answering basic questions about the restaurant

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $9.50 per hour
• Tips: Yes! Server Assistants share in the tip pool, which can significantly increase your total earnings
• Hours: 32 guaranteed hours per week, with the possibility of more during peak periods

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in the Work & Travel USA program
• Conversational English communication skills
• A positive, guest-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods
• Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• No previous restaurant experience required – full training is provided
