Behind every splash and smile is a dedicated Park Services team that keeps the resort clean, safe and welcoming. As part of this crew, you’ll be an essential member of a fast-moving operation where teamwork truly matters.

Your Responsibilities as Park Services Staff

• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the waterpark decks, lobbies, restrooms, locker rooms and public areas
• Emptying trash and recycling bins and keeping walkways clear and safe for guests
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and general housekeeping of resort common spaces
• Restocking supplies such as towels, soap and paper products
• Reporting maintenance issues, spills or safety hazards to supervisors
• Assisting other departments during busy periods and special events
• Providing a friendly greeting and simple directions to guests – your English will improve every single day!

• Location: Sevierville, Tennessee, USA
• Hourly rate: $14.00 per hour
• Average hours: 35 hours per week (overtime often available during peak season)
• Season: Summer to Fall

What We’re Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 program
• Conversational English – enough to understand instructions and greet guests
• Physically fit and comfortable standing, walking, bending and lifting during your shift
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented – guests notice clean spaces!
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and US holidays
• Ability to arrive for the Summer to Fall season and stay for the full contracted period
