As a Housekeeper at Four Points by Sheraton Juneau, you'll be part of an internationally recognized hospitality brand while spending your Work & Travel USA summer in one of the most spectacular corners of the planet.

Your Role as a Housekeeper

You'll be the person who makes guests say "wow" the moment they open their room door. Your daily duties include:

• Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to Marriott brand standards
• Changing bed linens, making beds and restocking towels and amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitizing surfaces
• Managing your housekeeping cart, linen supplies and cleaning products
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to your supervisor
• Working as part of an international team to keep the hotel spotless and welcoming

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly rate: $16.69 per hour
• Hours: approximately 35 hours per week
• Season: Summer to Fall – the peak of Alaska's cruise and tourism season
• Tips: Not applicable for this position
• Overtime may be available during busy periods, subject to business needs

Requirements

• University student aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA (J-1) program
• Conversational English – enough to understand instructions and greet guests politely
• Physically fit and comfortable standing, bending and lifting throughout your shift
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts
• No previous housekeeping experience required – full training is provided
