Identity Sport Inc in Traverse City, Michigan is looking for energetic international students to join their retail team as Retail Sales Associates for the Work & Travel USA program.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers with a smile and helping them find the perfect sportswear, footwear and accessories
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
• Restocking shelves, folding and organizing merchandise, and keeping displays looking sharp
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and inviting store environment
• Answering product questions and offering friendly, helpful recommendations
• Supporting your teammates during busy summer tourist rushes

What You'll Earn

• $14.00 per hour – a competitive rate for retail work
• 40 hours per week guaranteed schedule
• Approximately $560 gross per week
• Season runs from summer into fall – extended earning potential and a chance to see Michigan's spectacular autumn colors

What We're Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 enrolled in the Work & Travel USA program
• Conversational English – you'll be talking to customers all day
• A positive, outgoing personality and genuine willingness to help people
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong team spirit
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – full training is provided
