We're hiring energetic Food & Beverage Servers and Kitchen Staff for our Summer to Fall season through the Work & Travel USA program. If you love hospitality, teamwork and a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is your American summer.

What You'll Be Doing

Food & Beverage Servers:

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine New England hospitality
• Taking food and beverage orders and making friendly recommendations
• Serving meals in our restaurant, on the terrace and at private events
• Setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware and preparing service stations
• Handling payments and thanking guests so they leave smiling

Kitchen Staff:

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning)
• Plating and organizing dishes for service
• Keeping work stations, dishware and equipment clean and sanitized
• Receiving and storing deliveries following food-safety standards
• Supporting the team during busy banquet and wedding services

This Work & Travel USA position runs from summer into fall, meaning you'll experience two of America's most beautiful seasons: sun-soaked lake days in July and August, followed by the world-famous New England autumn foliage in September and October.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the housekeeping department, you'll play a key role in creating the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that guests return for year after year. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites to the inn's high standards
• Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and restocking room amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces in rooms and common areas
• Maintaining tidy hallways, lobbies, and shared spaces
• Collecting and sorting laundry and managing housekeeping supply carts
• Reporting maintenance issues and any lost-and-found items to supervisors
• Responding politely to guest requests for extra amenities

No previous experience is required — full on-the-job training is provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
