Pitaland Inc is looking for energetic Work & Travel USA students to join its cafe team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the 2026 season.

Pitaland is a beloved local landmark – a Mediterranean bakery, market and cafe where authentic food meets warm American hospitality. You'll be part of a close-knit team that treats every customer like a guest and every new student like family.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving espresso drinks, coffee, tea and cold beverages
• Greeting customers, taking orders and operating the cash register
• Serving pastries, sandwiches and Mediterranean specialties from the counter
• Keeping the cafe area, equipment and workstations clean and well stocked
• Restocking display cases, cups, syrups and supplies
• Working as part of a team during busy morning and lunch rushes

What We're Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA J-1 program
• Conversational English – you'll be talking to customers every day
• A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine smile
• Willingness to start early mornings and work weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work at a fast pace
• No previous barista experience required – full training is provided
