We're welcoming international university students for the Summer to Fall season to join our friendly housekeeping team in one of the most popular Work & Travel USA destinations on the East Coast.

Ocean City is a legendary summer town: 10 miles of sandy beaches, a famous 3-mile boardwalk packed with pizza, funnel cakes and arcades, amusement piers, water sports and thousands of J-1 students from all over the world. If you want a real American summer with new friends from dozens of countries, this is where it happens.

Your Role as a Housekeeper

As part of our housekeeping crew, you'll be the reason guests fall in love with their stay. Your daily duties will include:

• Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to hotel standards
• Changing bed linens, making beds and restocking towels and amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitizing surfaces
• Cleaning shared spaces such as hallways, lobby areas and laundry rooms
• Managing linen carts, laundry and cleaning supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to your supervisor
• Greeting guests with a smile and helping with simple requests

What We're Looking For

• University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
• Basic to conversational English
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented — guests notice the little things
• Physically comfortable with an active role: standing, walking, bending and lifting light loads
• Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to work weekends and holidays (the busiest beach days!)
• No previous experience required — full training is provided
