What You'll Be Doing
Working at the front desk and guest services area, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests warmly and processing admission tickets and season passes
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Answering questions about attractions, trails, show times, dining, and local recommendations
- Assisting with guest check-in, group reservations, and special event entries
- Keeping the entrance and ticketing area clean, organized, and inviting
- Working alongside a friendly team of American and international colleagues

Who We're Looking For
This role is perfect for university students aged 18–25 who are outgoing, reliable, and genuinely enjoy talking to people. You'll need:
- Good conversational English and confidence speaking with guests
- A friendly, positive attitude and a professional appearance
- Basic math and cash-handling ability
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule
- Valid J-1 Work & Travel visa eligibility and availability from summer through fall
