Dells Resorts: Hot Rocks is looking for energetic Work & Travel USA students to join the team as Bartenders for the Summer to Fall season. If you love people, fast-paced environments and the sound of a shaker in your hands, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving classic cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks for resort guests
- Greeting guests with a smile, taking drink and food orders, and making recommendations
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked and Instagram-ready at all times
- Handling cash and card payments accurately and operating the POS system
- Checking IDs and following all Wisconsin responsible-service laws
- Restocking glassware, garnishes, ice and supplies; assisting servers during busy shifts
- Working as part of an international team of students and local staff

What We’re Looking For
- University student aged 18–25 participating in the Work & Travel USA program
- Minimum age 21 may be required to serve alcohol in Wisconsin – please confirm eligibility
- Good conversational English and confident communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine service attitude
- Ability to work on your feet, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player
- Previous bar, café or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory
