Imagine spending your American summer on the shores of Lake Delton, greeting guests with a smile, and finishing your shift with a sunset boat ride. At Dells Resorts: Vue Boutique Hotel and Boathouse in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, you’ll be the face of one of the region’s most stylish hospitality destinations — a modern boutique hotel paired with a lively lakeside boathouse restaurant.

This Host/Hostess position is perfect for university students aged 18–25 who love meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build real hospitality experience on their CV while exploring the USA.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive and creating a memorable first impression
  • Managing the seating chart, waitlist, and reservations to keep service flowing smoothly
  • Escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and answering questions about the venue
  • Coordinating with servers, bartenders, and management during busy summer rushes
  • Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing local recommendations
  • Keeping the host stand and entrance areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Assisting with takeout orders and light service support when needed
