Glacier Park by Pursuit is looking for enthusiastic university students to join its team as Front Desk Associates in West Glacier, Montana — right at the entrance of the legendary Going-To-The-Sun Road, one of the most scenic drives on the planet.
This is more than a summer job. It’s your chance to spend a season inside one of the most spectacular landscapes in the United States, meet travelers from all over the world, sharpen your English and build hospitality experience that looks great on any CV.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile, checking them in and out of the lodge
- Answering questions about the park, hiking trails, shuttle schedules and local attractions
- Managing reservations, room assignments and guest requests using the property management system
- Handling payments, invoices and cash-register operations accurately
- Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance and activities teams to keep guests happy
- Being the friendly problem-solver every traveler remembers long after their trip

- Hours: approximately 35 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- University students aged 18–25 with a valid J-1 Work & Travel visa
- Good conversational English and confidence speaking with guests
- Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- Comfort working weekends, holidays and rotating shifts
- Basic computer skills; previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
