The job as Food & Beverage Attendant
What you'll do
- Prepare café/shop for service and ensure stocking of necessities
- Take orders and deliver food quickly
- Provide guests with proper utensils and condiments
- Assist with food running as requested by expeditor
- Handle cash, credit, and other payments
- Follow federal, state, and company policies for serving alcoholic beverages
- Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

Housing
Housing is employer-provided and you're required to stay in it. The area is remote and rural, and living is communal — dorm-style, apartment, condo or single-family home — with at least one roommate. Bedrooms have a single bed (sometimes bunks) and storage for clothes; kitchens, limited Wi-Fi and free bed and bath linens are included. Work is within walking or biking distance.
